It was super annoying for me as well. On the new site now just create a new username. Once you do that you will be able to enter your email and transfer the redemptions over.

I got an e-mail that they moved it.

Here is what I got in an email. I linked fine.
1. Signup for a Topps.com account or log into your current Topps.com account (Please visit topps.com and click on the "Log in" link on the homepage located in the upper right-hand corner)
2. Click on the REDEMPTION link on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Follow instructions

You would think when someone has live Redemptions I would get an Email. Thanks got it done.

Oh, cool! Now my years old pending redemptions have a nifty new box around them, with different font, too! Maybe they'll still be pending for the next update in about 2020 and they'll have an even better box around the word "pending". Exciting!!

I kind of wished I didn't look now, now on about 5 I see a big box with capital letters that say Request Sub..:doh::(:(. Kind of glad i don't have to worry about topps and their redemptions anymore ,
