I recently received a psa order with a card missing. It's not an expensive card (<$50) and it received the N-8 miscut status per the website. My entire order shows as shipped online but when i drill down to this specific card it shows as "in process". Anyone ever had this happen? What are the odds getting reimbursed if psa can't find the card?
