Identification Help

Picked this one up, have never seen another.

Card is numbered same as base and not serial #d.

Any thoughts?

I don't have any proof, but my thought would be these were given to the players to keep or give out to friends/family. I think some of the recent Elite had a "personal edition". I know in the past at the Topps Photo Shoot they would give some of the Rookie Premier Autos to players.

I think (not for sure) that it may have been JUST Prestige that was given out as their "Personal Edition". I have a Steven Jackson with that EXACT same stamp. It is PSA/DNA certified. You may/may not be able to see it...
