(When not dealing with people on here or thru ebay)

I recently sold an item to a person in the UK. They opted for First Class which has no shipping because it was $10 less. They have filed a claim with paypal on the funds for non delivery of the package. I shipped it 7 days ago. It takes longer than that! I've had packages from Canada take over a week to get to the US.

Hopefully PP finds in my favor, otherwise I guess I'm out $70...

It usually takes 10 working days for an item to get to the UK from the US. If customs has it, it could take 3 weeks.

You shouldn't send items without tracking

And that's why I never send out of the US! Seems like it's always a hassle when going out.

That's what happens when people try to be cheap or think they are saving a few dollars by selling it off eBay.

paypal settled in my favor, they tried to contact the buyer several times but just like my emails, no response.

According to the post office lady, even the priority packages with tracking only work sometimes, as the last time it is scanned is at the departure point.
