ebay account delay - anyone see this before

this is a new one to me. my account balances and fees are not showing up, just seeing this

I came across this same message last night, and when I checked again this morning the balance in my acct was updated.

I usually get that each month on my billing date and within 24 hours your amount owed will be updated.

I get that usually between the 1st and 3rd of month.
