e-pack is an electronic pack; pack filled with digital cards.

Although they can be transferred to COMC physically

So if a trader has cards I need to finish a set but are epack cards then he really can't help me, correct?

Yes and no. At the moment, he may not actually have them in hand, but he can have COMC ship them to him, as they would any order. Hope this helps.

So an epack are digital cards but are actually real cards in fact?

One is just buying them digitally first and if they have anything good then they will get the actual copy later??

Pretty much. You open ePacks and the cards get stored digitally in your account. You can transfer them to COMC or have them shipped to you at any time. Also if you get, say, 5 Connor McDavid Young Guns you can trade them in for a foil McDavid Young Guns. That's why people may choose to keep their ePack cards digitally for a while. You can not add a card back to your account after you have it shipped or transferred to COMC.

Just like any eCommerce...you BUY them.

Go to Upper Deck ePack (https://www.upperdeckepack.com/Home/TermsAndConditions) & read about it. All you need to know is there.
