the bubbler was $0.47
the Final Value Fee was $8.50

- bubble mailer shouldn't be that expensive, should be $0.10 ea or so. go to amazon or ebay there are plenty of them
- paypal fee should be $0.30 + approx 2.9% = less than $3
- when selling on ebay, always make sure to add the "handling fee" to your shipping cost. so in this case ($2.45 + $0.10) x 1.13 + 0.30 = $3.19

I just took a hard look at my sales numbers this year and I am going to COMC for the rest of the year and see how it goes. I offer free s&h on ebay and after fees my net was in the 75-78% range. So i'm going to let COMC deal with isting scanning shipping etc for the next 6 months and then make a decision which way to go moving forward. I think I can get close assuming I dont cash out and hopefully COMC will adjust their fess when the ebay beta is over. We shall see

And that will simply lead to bad feedback. On ebay everybody is looking for a "deal" and with many sellers offering "FREE" shipping it is hard to charge a fee. I tried adding S&H back in February for one month and my sales went down 60%

Good grief.....are you using bubblers lined with gold flakes? I bought a box of 500 for $52.
As for the fees, that's the tradeoff for getting a potential audience in the millions. You could easily set up a Craigslist ad or a garage sale, but you wouldn't find a single person willing to pay $85.
