I need to ship a medium flat rate box full of base. How do you guys protect them from getting damaged?

Pics/Description would be great.

First, line the interior of the box with an extra layer of cut cardboard (assuming your buyer isn't going to accuse you of doing it to skimp on cards). Next, pray.

I've done a few of these and have gotten praise...it takes 10-15 minutes, but worth it:

1) Grab 2 medium flat rate boxes - one for shipping, the other for cutting up. Put an extra layer of cardboard on the bottom and on each of the 4 sides. This prevents something from hitting a corner or side during shipping and denting things. (or at least it's an extra layer of security)

2) Create 9 stacks of cards, to put in the box 3x3. Put a piece of cardboard in between each stack on each side. Here's an example image of how it should generally look:

3) If done right, this should fit very snuggly on 2 of the sides, with a little extra space left over. Jam that space in with bubble wrap or paper or whatever.

4) At the end, put a couple layers of bubble wrap at the top and make sure cards won't spill over the top.

Option B would be to use less cut-up cardboard and stack tighter. It would fit a couple hundred more cards that way, but this way offers max protection, IMO.
