That's because most big $$$ auctions end on Sundays, but EBay runs promotional offers in the middle of the week to stimulate buying on days when there normally is not a lot of activity.

Hey, I think you can still get the 10% if you haven't paid yet ... find a $10 item, add to cart, then pay all together ... should get the 10% I think. Effectively getting a big discount on a $10 item.

Definitely....and just got 33% off and 25% off two other items I made offers on, plus the 10% Ebay Bucks offer (since they were both $50+ items) "earned" me another $19.

I generally never make offers on BIN/BO items except during a 8% or 10% EBay Bucks offer period.
