Not only is his health an issue, that balloon popped a while ago. A seller is never going to get for this what he once thought. I'm thinking this is going to have to drop to $150-$175 to get rid of it.

Just saw that a BGS 9/10 sold for 270 a week ago. I thought quick sales were supposed to be 15% off of ebay or more to make a buyer buy it quick?

If a BGS 9/10 is worth $270, a 9.5/10 should be worth $350 minimum. Possibly more.
