I recently got back into the hobby after several years away. I purchased a case of 2010 Topps Finest Football from Blowout. I finally got around to opening the case today. I received the stated number of hits per box, but I got nothing of real value. Not a single auto of any first round pic or anybody with decent value (Best, McCluster, Bryant, Suh, Bradford, Tebow, D. Thomas, Spiller, Matthews, McCoy, Clausen). And the case wasn't cheap either. I don't think it's asking for a lot to get a decent hit or two. Anyway, my question is will Topps do anything for me or am I basically out of luck?
Any help would be appreciated.

Probably just out of luck unfortunatly. It isn't fun by any means when this happens. And it's not that Topps doesn't care, there is just nothing that states that you are guaranteed to get a certain autograph

There's nothing you can do about it. You simply opened a bad case of cards. If that doesn't discourage you, than you can try another case. They only get better after that.

That's the risk you take! Not every case is a good one.

Do you ask for refunds when your lottery scratch-offs are losers?

So where did I ask for a refund?
I asked if Topps will compensate me in anyway for their ****** product they produced. It might be a bad case but it came from their production line. I understand everything is hit or miss, but when an entire case doesn't have a single first round draft pick auto hit or other auto rookie with any value that's a problem.

Tom Brady wasn't a first round pick, was he?

That's crazy you didn't get at least one of those guys you listed...from my personal experience busting boxes of this product and watching others, one of those guys in a form of patch auto or dual JSY auto had come out in basically every other or 3rd box.
Although it's a long shot, if I were you I think it's worth a try to list out exactly what you got and your approx ROI vs industry standard (may have to do some research on this, may be around 30-40%) and state your case to Topps. ALthough they legally don't owe you anything, they may still give you something or other to promote positive customer relations.
