Representative(s) from Beckett Grading will be at the show 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday. The will accept grade submissions for raw grades or to be sent to Texas for slabbing. The customers who get cards graded will then have the choice to get the cards slabbed (encased) with Beckett by sending them back to Texas. (Beckett headquarters.)

If there are more than 1000 submissions the first day cards will have to be sent to Beckett to be graded and slabbed (encased).

ALL GRADES GIVEN AS RAW GRADE ARE THE SAME GRADE THAT CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE FROM Texas as long as the customer submits the grade at the show over the weekend. (This is for customer piece of mind, for any customers worried about sending cards through the mail. These submissions will be sent via insured mail for the amount of value listed by the customer.

WHAT IS Raw Grading?
"Raw card review" grading (RCR) is when the representatives at Beckett grade a card the weekend of the show. This can take as long as the requested service. If you pay more to get it done within and hour or if you pay to have it done in 24 hours. The card is graded by Beckett and placed in a "Card Saver I or II.” A tamper proof Beckett sticker is attached with the grade. For example if you had a Peyton Manning autograph card, if in their review of the card Beckett graded the card a 9.5 Gem Mint with a perfect autograph, it would be a 9.5 with 10 for autograph grade.

Why RCR your cards, this is for people who either want to sell their card as an RCR on eBay or another sales site to make the most for their card. (This isn't a bad thing, supply and demand is what our economy is based on.) RCR is also for someone who isn’t 100% of the grade of the card and want to only encase cards with a higher grade. Others want to make sure their treasure will get the same grade when slabbed, this guarantees that the raw grade you receive is the one you will get back erased from Beckett.

Encasing the card or encapsulation via Beckett is a service only offered at the National Events or when they are sent to to Texas to be graded at Beckett headquarters. You can still send card to Texas to be encased at the show and is an option for anyone who attended. Many customers utilize both the RCR service and then send them to be encapsulated at the end of the weekend. Because the event only offers on-site RCR this is the only service that is available to see the condition of your card in person.
