Yes. When you go to submit items you have this option.

It's best to contact them first, so you can set up an appointment to drop them off - just to make sure there's someone there to receive the cards, and ou can get a receipt for your submission.

Thanks...good to know. Did you do it via email or do they actually answer the phone?? I'm about an hour away and have a big submission I'd rather drop off than risk issues mailing it.

You used to be able to just call and make an appointment; if your schedule is flexible, try emailing and hope they reply in a timely fashion. And, from what I'm reading in other threads, dropping them off in person only removes some of the risk...:coffee:

I have only dropped off cards - there were times six months or so ago when it got tough - I would drive over only to have no one answer the phone however the last few batches have been fine.
I call the 800 number and tell them I want to bring cards in and they tell me a good time - it's been a piece of cake. 9 times out of 10 I call when I am half hour out and it is not an issue.
