There's one on Ebay right now for $325 BIN (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Batman-Adventures-12-/162283905864?hash=item25c8dfe348:g:6L0AAOSwB09YI7fN).. I looked at it and feel with a press could hit as high as 9.4 provided no interior damage. That's a great steal for someone!! I know a few of you are still looking for a BA #12 and this is a lower cost entry point to obtain a NM copy

The ONLY drawback, 0 feedback seller. Kinda dangerous, but if you're willing to roll the dice.

Speaking of dangerous, I saw on the Facebook groups people mentioning that eBay accounts are being hacked and selling high end books for super cheap ... something along those lines. An AF#15 sold BIN for $5000, I forget the grade but it was a $20,000 book supposedly. The hacker stole the photo from another sale and listed it as his own under a hacked account.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not as hip as you guys with this whole social media thing. Good looking out.

Hard to tell from the blurry pics but it looks like there may be several color breaking creases on the spine. Wouldn't that put it closer to a 9.0?

Depends on how many but yes.

I didn't think the images were very good at all, which is the main reason I stayed away.

The whole hacked account thing... That sucks for the account that was hacked, but ultimately I would get my money back if the item was not received.

There was one that went for $271 earlier tonight. I think I counted about 2 minor color-breaking ticks on the cover and 3 on the back. None looked more than 1/8". If I hadn't gotten a little trigger happy the past two days, I might have bid on it.
