I mentioned this in another thread but not sure anyone will read it, so thought I should start another. Does anybody know who I should contact after I received the wrong cards from the Panini Rewards program?
I recently ordered three Dominique Wilkins Immaculate Collection Patches Autographs Jersey Number, which are acetate cards numbered /21, and cost 1500 Panini Rewards Points each. I received my order today, but rather than receiving the cards I ordered, I received three Dominique Wilkins Immaculate Collection Patches Autographs /75 (not the jersey numbered acetate version /21), which are much less desirable and cost 900 Panini Rewards Points each.
(If that seems like a formal and unnecessarily informative paragraph, it's because it's from the message I attempted to submit on the Rewards page, but kept getting an error).
