For eBay listings to be noticed more by possible international buyers?

They used to charge 10 cents per listing to cross-list to eBay UK. Do you offer international shipping? It will be much cheaper for the buyers if you DO NOT use Global Shipping Program, as that is cost prohibitive. However, if you're dealing in high end, you probably don't want to take the risk with non-tracked shipping internationally, and GSP is best for you.

Yeah, I charge a flat $1.50 for shipping in a padded envelope. One card in a top load actually cost $1.15 to ship. Any multiple card sales costing more than that I eat. Keeping it simple. Don't mess with anything over $50 or so. Just thought there was a way to ensure the most views from abroad. Been selling random basketball for decent prices to lots of different areas recently. Wasn't sure if I could do anything to reach more.

Really clear titles & descriptions. Remember that for a lot of international buyers english is their second or third language. They might be translating the page as well.
