Hey I picked one up for really cheap a couple of months ago (just got here). Wondering if I scored major on it. It's Pop 1 I believe.

I have looked everywhere, can't find another. Any help would be awesome. Is it a Pop 1 and is it something of great value? I know Pro Set errors and variations go up all the time.

That black towel seems out of place...

What do you mean by the Black Towel?

And yeah. I love Gem 10 Pro Set cards.

Not sure that I've ever paid attention to the variations on the George RC.

I meant his uniform is white and light blue...then a black rectangle in the middle.

Still a wonderful card

Oh I see. Yeah, I was stoked to get it. I think I am gonna start collecting pro set 10's.

Oh Lord no... So many cards, plus all the variations. That would take a few lifetimes. Just if I see a PSA 10 at a reasonable price. I would probably go for it. Especially if it's low pop.

Well, on the slab is says Colts Uniform. So I assume that's what it means. And you're right.

But the variation and rare one is the Yellow Laces... So, I don't know. It doesn't list it as a Yellow Laces on the slab.

No, Draft Day is different. The Colts one that we were looking at is correct. But like I said, Yellow Laces is the variation and that one at a 10 is probably a pop 1

I love the card, I've always had a special place in my heart for 1990 Pro Set as it was the 1st set I bought as a kid. Beautiful Card!

Just on the strings... everywhere else is ok.

My guess is that PSA missed it, or just wasn't aware of the variation. I've had the same thing happen a couple times with both PSA & BGS. You might be able to get it relabeled , but I don't know how that would work.

According to this website, the "yellow laces" isn't extremely rare, but your PSA 10 is still a really nice find!

No, it's only like a 2 star or 3. I study that site. I have most 3 star cards. I should scan them and post them.
