What kind of error is this? HELP!

Ok, so I found this card in a bunch of basketball cards at an estate sale. I looked on ebay, they all have names and this one doesn't and the back is different.

Any ideas? It's a 2003 Bowman Keith Bogans Rookie Card

Anybody... I really need to know what to do with this. I can't find info or any info about it.

Looks like the foil was missed on the front. Considering who is on the card and the way the back looks, I don't think it's worth much at all.

There HAS to be some rare collectors out there. And this is extremely rare.

His other stuff sells a lot. Like the card that this is SUPPOSED to be sells all the time.

Yes, there are only 39 left for sale on COMC right now - and the cheapest ones are forty nine cents... production errors like this probably make the card 3-4 times as valuable as the real thing, providing you find the few people who PC the player and get them into a bidding war! And don't forget about all the "production error" set collectors out there... this card might even be worth as much as the first class postage it would cost to ship it, in my opinion anyway, but I might over-value such errors... to each their own!

Not for a lot, but quantity. Like I looked on ebay, they are selling.

It's a factory mistamp, missing the foil. Might have some interest to the Bogans collector, problem is.....there really aren't many. At least I haven't come across any since his rookie season.
