Geez tough one here.

Not sure crease will matter a lot. This will go to a jr collecter who will pay for patches and not be to worried about the slight damage.

I'm not to good with patch cards but I'd say 30 topps.

A Puckett sold (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kirby-Puckett-2007-UD-Ultimate-Quad-Jersey-Patch-25-Minnesota-Twins-HOF-/272347101416?hash=item3f6926f8e8:g:iRoAAOSw0UdXt7Jn)for $175 in August. I sold a different Puckett (same card, different serial number) for $125 a few years ago. Even with the crease, $75 is low. These are great patch cards from a highly collectible (and collected) set.
