Help with a JJ Watt auto, Motto Inscription

Pulled this Friday in an online pick a pack from 2011 Press Pass, /25. I don't see many JJ Watt autos, and definetly never seen one inscribed with his "Dream big, work hard" motto. The only ebay one /25 is graded asking $125. Any help with value wluld be much appreciated. And think it's worth grading? Thanks!
