grading question [Archive] - Blowout Cards Forums

I am getting a 2014 Topps Silver Frame like this one 353446 (I DO NOT OWN THIS CARD). The card I am getting is 9.5, 9.5, 9.5, and 8.5 (surface) and I'm wondering what the surface on these cards is considered and if anyone has had luck bumping a surface on these cards. Thanks!
