2015 National Treasures Error???

Sorry if this has been asked before (couldn't find a thread).

Just received the following card. On the back of the card is says:

"This is an actual printing plate used in the manufacturing of this card."

Yet...this isn't a printing plate...lol. Does anyone have any info on this error?

I would check to see if any other variations have that wording. It's entirely possible they forgot to change the back plate when printing these out and just printed all of his cards for this type with that phrase.
