buyer chargeback question

I have this ebay buyer who opened a charge back on me, saying they didn't authorize the payment, although it was paid through ebay. Other than the tracking number and a scan of the post office receipt, will I win this case with paypal or am I SOL?

All you need is a tracking number proving the item was shipped, does not even have to show delivered, and you should not be held responsible. In the end Paypal will likely have to eat the cost though.
