Was there a known error of this card? I have a #37 and a #401 same card. Looked around ebay and other sites with no help. Any help here would be very appreciated! Thanks!

#37 is the Drake's version. PWCC sold a BGS 9.5 last week:

1992 Fleer Drake's Shaquille O'Neal ROOKIE RC #37 BGS 9.5 GEM MINT (PWCC) | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1992-Fleer-Drakes-Shaquille-ONeal-ROOKIE-RC-37-BGS-9-5-GEM-MINT-PWCC-/142200013419?hash=item211bc8026b:g:lsQAAOSw5cNYQxMH)

Yes, Drake's cakes. I'm not sure exactly how the cards were packaged when they were distributed but the article below confirms it is Drake's cakes. I have the Michael Jordan Drake's card but not the Shaq.

There also a Tonys Pizza version of the Shaq, which doesn't have a card number on the back I believe. The Drakes and Tonys version are both I should pick up.

Yep. One card per supermarket box of Coffee Cakes, Yodels, etc. Devil Dogs were my addiction back in the day so I had several of these. Still have one of the Alonzo Mourning RCs. Probably traded the Shaq for a Grant Hill or Joe Smith Fleer Ultra RC.

Drake's were 2 cards and a checklist per pack. These were actually the first cards I ever collected. 1992-93 Fleer as a whole is probably my favorite set of all time.
