How long to be patient?

I have always had good success with PSA meeting or beating deadlines. I also realize these are considered estimates. With that in mind I have been doing my best to be extra patient on one of my recent submissions.

That said, at what point do you touch base and be like WTF?

20 business day sub, entered into system on Dec 1. Even giving two days for XMas and 1 day for New Years the deadline, by my calculations, was 1/3. So today would be 5 business days past the 20 day window.

Their time frames are a suggestion and a loose one at that. With so many supporters willing to give them a hall pass, why would they change?
