i know there was a thread a while back but has anyone been able to print lately? i called last week to report it and nothing they suggested worked. they knew about the issue and said they were working on it but still a week later nothing works

i know we've been going back and forth about this via PM but i was curious what the error was?

possibly reset your browser cookies?

Its been working fine for me. I print 5-15 labels a day.

Have you tried going thru multi order shipping?

I have to use the multi-order shipping or classic view.

last time it did work was a few days ago when i tried and i did classic view. since then nothing works. i've cleared cookies, history, i've done multi-order ship and all come up with the error code 50001 paypal told me to try it using mozilla and that didn't work with any of the options either

Multi-Order shipping gives me an error. It's been giving me errors for months. It used to work but now it's done. There doesn't seem to be a fix (I've tried everything)

www.paypal.com/shipnow still works just fine for me.

Tried that as well and doesn't work. Even tried my phone and then reprint but my phone gives me the same error. All 5 computers I've tried at work all have same issue

tried using Edge to print a label last night and it wouldn't do anything had to save it as a pdf and print it that way.

No issues w/Chrome though or multi-order in chrome

Can you save to pdf instead of printing and then print them? Does your printer print from other sites or documents? I had a printer which was not compatible w/Win 10. didn't know it until I tried to print for a week and nothing worked.

It won't even create the label no matter what I do. I get all the way to the end to see total. When I click pay it says can't create label. That's all options, that's why I tried to do it through my phone and then go back and reprint from computer but no luck there either

Bazaar. Dumb question but have you reset and restarted everything? Modem, router, computer, printer? Probably won't help but sometimes works for me when I have glitches in programs. If it won't print from anything in your house something has to be caught somewhere.

Have you tried it at a different location? Work, Starbucks etc?

yeah, i tried it from my phone, i tried it from home pc, going to try the iPad to see if it will at least generate a label and if that works reprint it since i can't from the iPad.

i ended up trying 7 computers at work as well nothing worked.

from home i restarted everything, i reset cookies and deleted all history. it's just odd that some people have no issues but i can't print anything. paypal said they are aware of the issue as it's been reported by a lot of people yet it hasn't been fixed in over a week.






i just got off the phone with paypal again and it's still a nationwide issue and they have no time frame as to when it'll be fixed. they could only say they'll email me when it's all set. the only solution they had was usps website, the only problem is the cheapest option on there is $6. i'd just go to the post office but i'm always working during business hours and can't get there before or after.

just wanted to bump this up and see if anyone that had issues with this got it fixed? mine still doesn't work. thinking for some reason that paypal doesn't even know why but it's my account. i have no problems printing via eBay though. also it's not just my computer. i have had several people try with my acct on their computer and nothing works
