He is double posting auctions and then cancelling one when the other gets a decent price. Same image of card, same auto. I tried to report him, but the titles are different so eBay denies the report from being filed. So he knows how to game so he doesn't get busted.
2016 Topps Star Wars The Force Awakens Series 2 Kaydel Ko Connix Auto | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/332087081167?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)

These are future auctions, I'm sure one of each will be cancelled.

The best thing to do to peoplelike this is buy both cards and then leave negative feedback when he doesn't have two to send u and has to cancel an order

Will not work.. He is ending the other listing before it ends so there is no transaction to leave feedback for. Buying an item for the purpose of leaving feedback can get you removed from Ebay.
He is being charged a fee for all those cancelled auctions though

Yea I understand but he's also breaking there rules for doing what he's doing as well how can he end both auctions simultaneously if I buy two things and he cancels one I can leave a bad review. If he doesn't actually have two cards he shouldn't list them

As a seller you can end an auction any time if there is more than 12 hours left for any reason. If they have no bids then you can end them up to the end. Ans you can end many at the same time.
He is not canceling them, he is ending them early. If he lets it end then cancels it then you are correct, but until it ends normally there is no transaction. If he ends one early and you win the other and you neg him for the one he ended that would get you suspended if he called Ebay.
What he is doing is wrong, but Ebay is making money form it so they will not care

I understand and I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my own eBay but it's still bs that they can't see through that

Like shill bidding, they make money so they really do not care.
For instance if that second Billy Lourdes one had been bid up to 100.00 when he ended it. We would see it at the opening bid of 99 cents, but the seller would be charged 10.00 by Ebay for ending it early.

Yea at one point both auctions were above $10. So even the winning bidder isn't getting anything. It makes sense since in reality there is only 1 card. But he gets the added benefit of having everyone compete on less auctions now at a higher price, driving it up even further.

Are you certain he's cancelling them? I've done this in the past when I have multiples, mostly by accident as I had one up and pulled another. I just can't figure out how it's increasing a sale. For one, 1 is missing an often searched word "auto", and for two, who bids on the same thing at the same time? If I'm watching 2, one gets bids and if I lose it when it finishes I go to the next. And if I'm watching 2 identical listings (I don't think I ever have) I'm certainly not bidding on the 2nd if the 1st gets cancelled.
