Now...normally I am pretty critical of Topps...but I have to give credit where credit is due.

I submitted three redemptions (all of which I knew were already live) on the evening of January 9th, and they were delivered this morning, six business days later.

And as an additional gesture, they included three bonus cards (two of minor leaguers I had never heard of and one of Yordano Ventura)...all fairly worthless, but a nice thought nevertheless.

I don't know if everyone agrees, but they've been fairly good lately. I asked for a substitute for a 2015 bowman best jung ho kang autograph and received an Addison Russell bowman series next green autograph /99 not a bad deal. It did take them months to get that substitute out though.

Also had a couple altuve cards I redeemed and got them within a week

I think the key was that in my case I didn't purchase the redemptions or submit them until I knew the card had been made and was live....

I had 4 that I entered between late August and late October of last year. All were delivered within 2-3 months, with a bonus auto card thrown in on one that took a little over 2 months. No complaints here.

Got a bonus with my last one from 16 Draft. Still no replacements for the cards I gave up on in December.

My Harper Snapshots redemption was delivered to me very quickly and I just submitted my Griffey auto from this year's Draft, so I am hoping for another quick turnaround. But overall it does seem that Topps has had some positive movement with redemptions.

I had a good experience with them lately (football related). Had a 2013 Brent Celek redemption (forget which brand, but likely a $1 or $2 card) and they replaced it with a mini Mike Evans auto /50...needless to say I was happy. They also included a few patch cards with it as well...
