I think as long as you have a receipt from an "authorized" retailer that you should be okay. Good luck with that hassle.

Wow, hats off to Upper Deck, they responded quickly to my e-mail, we did almost everything over e-mail until I sent in the UPCs. Then today (ONE WEEK LATER) look what I got in the mail for my missing single hit:

Congrats. I opened a case a few years ago. Despite it taking several months to get my replacements, I was also very happy with what they sent.
