Ebay Situation _ Help Would be appreciated!

I recently(10 days ago maybe) listed my old box of:
1989 Upperdeck Baseball High Series. see listing below:

As you can see, the shrink wrap has been removed & yes the box is opened(see picture 2). All 36 packs remain in box sealed & ready to go.

This is the negative feedback i received from the buyer(assuming he opened all the packs).

"Horrible box of cards for what I paid. Box was opened. Multiple duplicate packs"

It's my first ever negative feedback ANYWHERE(here, sportscardforum, ebay etc). 1) It's not my problem what you paid for the box. 2) Box was opened as it clearly shows in my listing. 3) Welcome to the trading card world with regards to pulling duplicates.

Course of action anyone?

I would greatly appreciate any help!

Did you contact ebay about getting it removed? It says in your description that the box is open with no shrink wrap.

Yeah I'd call ebay. You can also tell him I paid $80 for my box and got a ton of dupes and it was sealed. lol Even hit back to back dupe rookies in several packs and only 1 Griffey lol

Sounds like a baby who didn't like what he pulled and has buyer's remorse

Ebay will remove the negative if you tell them why

Don't really know but I can say mine did (bought from a dealer at a show) and my 1st claim was it was rewrapped. Plastic did not feel right so you could be correct.

Just looked at the guys profile for feedback he left for others & he did the same thing with another guy. Wasnt happy with what he pulled in the packs lol.
