I stopped into Papa Hawk's Sports Cards in Golden Valley, MN. They have a new location (1200 Mendelssohn Ave N) and they reopened today. The shop is huge and stocked/merchandised really well. Between this shop and Absolute Sports Cards in Savage, MN the experience at a hobby shop has really elevated.

I got the tour of the new shop and looked at a bunch of great stuff. I decided to get a box of 2016 Topps Series 1. They had their 2016 baseball wax at 40% off so it was a great deal.

Second pack in I got a Tommy Lasorda 1988 stamp/coin numbered to 50. I also got a Mike Trout Gold. They're not worth much but I really like the insert set with position players pitching. Very creative set by Topps.

I don't have much of a collection to speak of anymore as I've been focusing on my apparel business the last three years but I feel to urge to bust a little bit so often now. Hopefully I can post more breaks this year.

Looks like you had some fun!

Love to see posts like this where the op isnt worried about "what's it worth". Good work!
