I have to say that I agree 100% with rondo. He understands what a leader is

Chicago Bulls' Rajon Rondo rips Jimmy Butler, Dwayne Wade; questions their leadership (http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/18561295/chicago-bulls-rajon-rondo-rips-jimmy-butler-dwayne-wade-questions-their-leadership)

Blow everything up already. The team is a joke. From the players to all the way to Reinsdorf. The biggest mistake recently was GarPax pampering Derrick Rose and firing Thibadeu because he was "too hard" on Derrick. Noah, Deng, Gibson, Butler all had no problem with Thibadeu. They had a great coach. The main problem he had was "the diva" named Rose and all of his problems. Now we're stuck with Hoiberg until his contract runs out or at least with a year left. Plus most of the players outside of Butler, Wade, Gibson & Lopez are not consistent enough. Mirotic & McDermott are busts.

Is Wade consistent? He's shooting 42%.

I gained some respect for Rondo reading this good for him. It's good to hear something real in this day of crybabies

Rondo is a vet. He should follow his own advice.

Rondo didn't just rip Wade and Butler. Rondo just torched the entire organization, coaching staff, and those two players specifically.

Rondo is a huge hypocrite.

It was still hilarious.

Rondo is a huge hypocrite.

100% this was more about politics and protecting his interests.

I hate Rondo and this is clearly another way for him to "clean" his reputation as a cancer and trying to look as a good teammate.

That being said, he's right. I can understand Jimmy's frustration but at least he (mostly) said "we" when talking about the issue. Wade just threw everyone under the bus.

Just counting the days until him and Rondo are gone from the team.

Rondo is the last person to talk, as far as this team goes. He's the same player that went to the media to complain about being benched. He hinted at asking for a trade, because he wasn't playing enough. He was suspended for an altercation with a member of the coaching staff.

LOL

I took Wade and Butler's words to mean they already HAVE addressed this issue in the past, and they were venting because they're frustrated. I also doubt they grabbed a microphone and called over a camera man.

No, they shouldn't have said it out loud, but if you've seen this team play, you see the same thing they're talking about.

This goes beyond Thibs. I'd say it's been a downhill spiral since Paxson has been involved. In his first draft, we kept Hinrich instead of trying to work something out with Miami to get Wade... And let's not forget when we traded away LaMarcus Aldridge for Tyrus Thomas....

I'm honestly amazed at how long the GarPax combo has been employed there. I don't get it at all. Honestly, what have they done other than getting extremely lucky and getting the #1 pick (Rose) when they had a less than 2% chance of getting it in the lottery and then Jimmy Butler turning out to be amazing? They've done so much more harm than good to that franchise.

What's crazy is that it was Rose vs Beasley. Don't get me wrong, Rose was an athletic monster before his first injury, but Westbrook went fourth overall. If only we knew then what we know now!

Damn this situation makes the Knicks feel good. Funny that with Wade, Butler, and Rondo they wouldn't have enough leadership there to figure this out without media blasting.

Rajon throwing another subtle dig at Ray Allen- his IG post only pictured himself with KG and Pierce lol.

I think some of you missed the point rondo was making. Leaders don't complain to the media and blame the guys at the end of the bench for not being good enough or giving enough effort. Real leaders shoulder the blame externally and regroup and refocus internally. Wade and butler want to be leaders by being the "best" players on the team but being the best doesn't qualify you as a leader. Being a leader is more than being the best. Rondo isn't claiming to be a leader, but he's putting those who claim to be "leaders" on blast.

I get that, but being a veteran on a rebuilding team and choosing to disassociate like that is not constructive. He makes some valid points about Wade's and Buckets' behavior, but it's a bit of a cop out when he spins it like that and he's supposed to be a mentor for the team.

And yet, Rondo did not act what he meant by posting in public.

Wade and Butler threw the young folks under the bus. Rondo threw Wade and Butler under the bus. Bulls management will throw Rondo out of the team bus.

Wth is this garbage thats spewing out of your mouth. Did you just make all of this up or do you have actual sources? I hate fans like you, that just try to create a narritive based on no evidence. You probably would have been the ones booing Rose too on his return to the UC.

Haha! Perfectly summed up. Yes Rondo was hypocritical, but he was also right. Sheed and KG agreed on Area21, that all this stuff should've been kept in house.

Wade should know better especially. Generally he's been very poor, and if it wasn't for Butler's amazing year, they'd be so much worse. Wade has a couple of good games lately and then starts preaching about how he's doing his job...
