Just wondering the forums thoughts on obvious bogus eBay listings for cards. Do you message the seller and call them on it or just shake your head and scroll on by?

I used to email sellers a lot years back about fake patches etc. If you sell under that account, you eventually will get scammers running up your auctions by .25 to make it look like it's you, buying but not paying, filing false claims etc. At least at that time in my life I had a huge increase in funny business.
If you have a buy/sell acct....perfect.
If the seller has a lone suspect card, I'd inform. If they are obviously in it to scam, I'd out them on a board because they wont change because of a email from you. If you do email them, I recommend starting with, "I saw a conversation about this card on a message board"....there's power in numbers.
One good memory I have was a seller was outed on a board. I jumped in and the seller confessed and sent me the cards to dispose of them. I made them into "Art" you see below. Fun times.

Yeah I noticed that when I checked for responses. Guess this thread is lost in the beyond now....
