COMC condition ratings

Does Anyone know the exact ratings COMC use when they evaluate the condition of a card? I assume [mint] is as good as it gets, but just want to double check. I figured this would be a good thread, since I cannot find anything online or on their website that tells about their condition reviews.

I believe their top grade is Mint, but that they have half grades like NM+.

A member on here paid for a condition review and they put his back in the standard Raw bucket; when he emailed them about it, they claimed it was Gem Mint and they don't load the condition in that case. However, that defeats the purpose of paying $2 to get it listed in a separate bucket. Hopefully he'll chime in and say whether or not COMC changed it to a Mint bucket.

Based on my experience for any vintage that I have submitted...I would say that they use a magic 8 ball
