Hey guys,
I have 5 Jabari Parker Courtside /49 bgs 9.5 that I bought ungraded last year.
I know he is out for the year but what is the potential of a card like that ?
Could they see a huge spike in value if he can stay healthy ?
Thanks for the info !

It's always a gamble when betting on players and what their values are going to be, especially when dealing with injuries. Those are nice cards, but I think they'd always be in lower demand than the Prizm rookies if he starts blowing up. Additionally he has had 2 major injuries to the same knee and if I had to bet, he will continue to have injury issues through his career. I hope not, but that's what I'd bet on if I'd have to. If you can get a good value that you're happy with, I'd personally sell now.

You never know though, he could come back in a year and be a monster on his way to MVP type seasons. I'd just bet that it's more likely he'll be a good player, bordering on greatness if only his knees stopped getting in the way :/

I'd sell as quick as I could. Talk someone else into taking the risk before he's completely out of sight and out of mind (as he's out for a lot of next season as well)

Retore same ACL......I would say bye bye and speculate on another player.

It's sad, he's my fav player but I've been burned twice on him (once right at release and second time when prices were seemingly reasonable or so it seemed like until injury) luckily and surprisingly I still got near what I paid for some of my Jabari that I sold immediately after the injury was announced. I will not risk a 3rd time, until the prices really plummet like I think they will by some point next year
