Yesterday was our local card show. Beautiful weather here and lots of foot traffic had buyers and sellers in a positive mood.

You could tell who had opened Optic, Contenders and Prizm (FB) as there was a ton of this year's RCs to be had.

Bought some supplies, opened some packs (nothing to report), and spent a few bucks on a single.

Sick Cooper!!! How much did you pay for it (you can PM me if you want). I actually picked up a David Carr RC Patch/AU today at my local card show in Tampa and it is also numbered 10/10. That is pretty ironic!

I used to live in Virginia Beach and went to that show all the time. I went back when it was at the old Bingo Hall before they tore it down and moved to the current location. It was always a pretty decent show and I liked going to the Chantilly show as well in northern VA.

Not bad. They have it every month here and also have one in Lakeland every month. There is a big show in Palmetto this upcoming weekend that you should go to if possible. Another member made a thread about it.

Crap! I keep missing this show because I can never find the dates! Are they posted online somewhere?

They are usually in the back of Beckett. But I also have a flyer, I can post a photo of it when I get home later today.

Wow they are having shows at Patrick Henry Mall again? Have you been to one of those?

I have not, Patrick Henry is kind of far from me. But I've heard that some sellers have had success. Malls are weird when it comes to stopping at sections set up in the mall? From what I've heard there is a lot less haggling vs. a dedicated card show. Sellers like price labeled cards being sold at posted prices :)!

Thank you so much for the flyer, I went once last yesr and loved it. Finally got a weekend off. From ny journalism job and was trying to find out when the show is.

I'm in the area, if I could get a trading night set up, would anyone be interested? I want the hobby to prosper in this area. It's the funnest thing ever.

Google Heroes Sports Cards on Witchduck. I think they might have a trade night, but I've never been. Other than that, just go to the show.

That's where I go haha. I'm the guy that pulled the Cubs deca there last year. I love the show but I'm never able to go
