Panini Triple Play x2 (why won't these go away)

2014 Topps series 1 x2 - nothing in them. I believe they were the dollar tree packs. 5 cards per pack with no odds on the wrapper.

I got a graded Bryce Harper RC or All Star Rookie in one of those......Defiantly not the norm.
