The key for LSU in this game will be keeping Mallet off the field. If Ridley doesn't get 20 touches in this game LSU goes down IMO.

Alabama totally let me down yesterday...Our only chance to win is our D has to be on its A game..Reguardless it oughta be a good one.

Why would you be rooting for Bama? You want Auburn to win that game cause if LSU wins today we are a lock for the Sugar and home field advantage

LSU had an outside shot at playing for the NC if Alabama had won yesterday, thats why I assume he was pulling for us!
With Boise losing, had Auburn lost LSU would be sitting at #3 right now and possibly jump TCU in the BCS standings!

Well with all the crap with Newton, They don't deserve to be there. And If Bama was to win and then AUB. was to lose to SC.and we win this one.We might have had a shot at the National Champioship. We won our first with 2 losses. IDK I did not think we would even be in this position...

I don't think they would have. The BCS is tricky but with the Alabama loss being so recent, I think there was a chance that LSU could have jumped a one loss AU team - add the voters around the country that are looking for reasons NOT to vote AU into it (Harris poll voters etc that contribute to the BCS) and LSU had a shot.

If LSU wins today we will be #3. They had the toughest schedule in College football. The auburn game was huge. It would have been a wholedifferent picture if we win against Auburn and lose against Alabama

I don't see how you can say that definitively. Texas didn't even play for their conference championship in 08 but would have played in the NC had Oklahoma lost in the Big 12 championship game. In addition Nebraska played for the NC in 01 after being shut out of the conference championship game.
Besides, if any team in history can be lucky enough to backdoor their way into a NC it has to be LSU right? The first 2 loss team to ever play for it all!

Boise is not going to a BCS bowl, SC win or loss. Stanford and Arkansas jump into the BCS bowl games after today
