I'm waiting until tomorrow. On the 12th, he sent a message through ebay to another forum member saying he shipped the cards (technically if he sent them from TN two days ago, I should be getting mine today or tomorrow). So if I get them, then I'm not going to file a dispute. But if Saturday rolls around and they're not in my mailbox..... then I'm just going to file a dispute over it. I think we've been fair with this. Regardless of the snow storms, power outages, etc..... you should plan that these things happen, and if there's a slight chance that you can't get on here and do what you're supposed to do, then I think that you shouldn't start the break in the first place.

i'm considering... i mean if i get the cards, i think i'll file a neutral just b/c i got the cards. but i hate hounding someone even though it's my money that they're sitting with basically. so, like i said... i'm sticking with the hold out until tomorrow's mail... if no cards... then i go with a dispute. think this is bad? i'm still waiting on a card i bought on another forum on December 7th. Guy says he mailed it last wed., but i very seriously doubt it.

Small pice of advice to you Greg....COMMUNICATION! All this couild have been avoided or atleast kept to a minimum with a lil bit of it.

I got my cards today but I am not happy with how they where shipped.....


I thought it was basic knowledge that you should not stick more than 1 card in a Top Loader....espicially when 1 card is Rookie Auto and the other card is a Base Rookie.

And to make it worse they were not even in a penny sleeve....last time I check I paid for shipping and supplies....and seeing as I only got 4 cards I dont think it would have been to much to put my Auto in a Top Loader with a Sleeve.

I had thought that if I got my cards that I would drop my claim and not leave any feedback....but after this there is no doubt this guy is getting a negative from me....I hope he is never allowed to do anymore breaks.

Haha....The whole time I was thinking "Man I hope miller gets his Tebow 1/1"....I'm glad you got it....but I don't understand why people host Case Breaks if they are not willing to take the responsibility seriously.

Every Break I host I treat these cards like if they where my own....never would I consider mailing a Tebow 1/1 in a snap case....

Well I guess I better count my blessings that I got 1 Top Loader with 2 cards in it....lol!

Join the club. My Eric Decker black auto /99 was trashed. I think he closed the lid on the bottom left corner of the card. Thankfully, well...its only Eric Decker.
