100 pts in a game. Might never been done again. Let's see some Wilts!

NICE!!!
Even has vintage coffee stains!!! This is going to sound weird, but seeing cards like this make me wonder about the story behind them. I'm positive it's you with the MJ RC graded as a 1 and there was a cool story with that one too. Talking strictly from a collecting standpoint, stuff like this gives cards character.
Also, just wanted to say WILT = THE GOAT..........again. :D

so... who was guarding him? and is there actual video for this?
100 is cool and all but def couldn't have done it against shaq... hakeem... russell.. I'm guessing it happened against a bunch of guys who couldn't even play in TODAY'S NBA. just saying.
plenty of players could have already broken that but they would literally have to have the same mindset as wilt did and the teammates would have to buy in also... "Get him the ball and let him take literally every single shot all night long"

I get what you're saying but the team scored 169 points so it's not like he took every shot.
so... who was guarding him? and is there actual video for this?

The NBA being loaded with a bunch of "scrubs" and thus being part of the reason why Wilt was able to score so many points is a total myth which has been debunked over and over and over, but people just don't want to comprehend anything outside of MJ is the GOAT, or in more contemporary times, Lebron. Saying it was against people who couldn't make it in today's league is total non-sense. Today's league sees hardly any defense, so if it was so easy it would've been done by now.

Even if Shaq or Hakeem existed back in 1962, Wilt did not have to play against them or other HOF center every single night. He would always have a night or two when he faced a weak center and took the advantage.
Plenty of players could have... oh well. "could have". Kobe's 81 was the closest one. Other players just were not even there. And remember, Wilt scored his 100 pts during the season when he averaged 50 points per game. It is just double of his average. It would be like Westbrook (who has 31pt avg this year) dropping 60 points.
In fact, if you want to play "could have" game, Wilt could have score more than 100 pts. 100 pts was not the hard cap. He could have dropped 120 pts if he wanted to.

Well to put it into perspective the opposing center was Darrall Imhoff who was a very bean-like 6'10"....220 lbs (to put into perspective Tim Duncan was 6'11", 250 lbs).

During the All-Star Game, the commentators floated the conspiracy theory that maybe Wilt's 100-point game never happened. I'm pretty sure they were just messing around. At least, I hope they were just messing around.

Awesome feat in sports but if you watch interviews from people that watched the game they literally let him take every shot in the second half damn near. It's was basically Kobes last five minutes of his career but for a whole game... kind of feel there have been a bunch of guys that if they were in the same position could put up this much if not more. Just my opinion
