With Turbo Lister going away in June, there will appear to be no effective way to save unsold listings more than 90 days. I know they talked about adding that feature to the Seller Hub, but that has not happened yet. I used to use Turbo Lister to create listings well in advance of when I wanted to list them. I was also able to list cards only when I wanted them listed without having to recreate the listing 6 months later if it didn't sell. The same applies to seasonal items, not just cards.

Does anyone know how to save unsold listings more than 90 days or do I just have to hope that the tool shows up in the Seller Hub?

best bet is to use file exchange. I get there by hovering over"My Ebay" at the top, click on Selling and along the left side near the bottom are a bunch of options in the seller tools one being File Exchange. You can create active, sold, unsold type reports.

I like using FE except for the pictures. need to upload to a hosting site and add the url to each listing on the spreadsheet. Otherwise it works out pretty good for bulk quick listings.

Save it as a draft, and re-save it every month.

wth, 1st I've heard about this. I've been a Turbolister fan for years, build it once & tweek if needed, ready to list anytime there's a freebie. NO no no they can't do this. Hope this does not happen or if so I can figure out a new method. Terrible decission.

This file exchange actually saves the listings except for the pictures? That is exactly the type of thing I need. Can you create pending listings and do the same thing?

Edit: I just did the unsold listings and it only took a minute for them to email me a link to the file. The catch is that I don't have Excel.

Have you found a good way to bulk paste the image URL?

it saves the url unless you move the picture it will always link it. I'm not sure if you can open the file in something other than excel, it's a csv file so maybe google sheets or whatever it is called. I think there might be free versions out there of excel which are just limited on what you can do.

you can create as much as you want on the sheets and upload when you want to list. Its been a while since I used it but I think you can also set them to start at a later time. IE: upload the list in the AM, but have them start later that afternoon or days later.

I have a sheet for each upload I have done so I don't end up putting in something that I didn't want listed.

It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it and the columns to add in order to get all the correct attributes.

not yet, not sure of any image program out there where you can just have a list of the url's to copy and paste.

It's one reason I stopped doing the file exchange, doing the scans, getting them to a site and then one by one getting the url was a time consumer. I just scan, they go into my pictures folder and I add to my listings as I go and they also auto backup to google too.
