That is a home shopping network card, meaning it is a counterfeit.

Lot of issues with star for you to be buying raw when as you say you are "clueless on them". That site is the best resource to learn about the cards. It was put together by a person with deep knowledge about the cards and their history. If you are going to spend $ on star, take the time to learn.
