Ridiculous Ebay Listing (In My Opinion)

saw this today while looking for card lots:

you think you're getting all 6 (or 5 since relic isn't an auto) right?

Nope. The top 3 are NOT included. I understand he put the cards you'll get in the description, but it'll be an easy case to win from the buyer's standpoint.

That's a dick move any way you cut it and it's asking for trouble on the seller's part.

Funny how it says "Football-Auto-Autograph-Card-Lot" with no mention of 3 card lot or anything like that.

Hell, it doesn't even explicitly state that you WON'T get the top three cards. It's just a list of the bottom three.

The description does not specify 3 card but the seller does list just three cards. Definitely could have made a better title and description but if I viewed the auction I would assume it was just the three cards listed in the description.
