While their accessibility to their customer service certainly could be improved, I finally got through to an associate this evening/afternoon. I was on hold for awhile, but the guy I talked to was very helpful. Replaced an Artie Burns Gala auto for a Dez Bryant RPA from 2010 Plates & Patches so that was cool. Also I'm waiting on a few other redemptions including a Zeke Origins RPA, and he was able to update me on that and a couple of other cards. So I must say that both times I've talked to Panini, they have been very friendly and helpful, but just wish it was easier to get in touch with them.

I've called them for the past 10 days at all different he's. Even used 2 phones was on hold for 15 mins. Then voicemail. Called back same thing .I think they have 1 person who fields calls and those hrs that they answer are random.

Just look at the autos from the 3 brands I mentioned above. They are totally diffrent from anything else he has that is known to be legit.

Wow I didn't know that. Thanks for the heads up. I checked some out on ebay and they do look completely different from the other Dez autos I have. Oh well, they are still selling for a decent amount on ebay. More than the Artie Burns would I'm sure. You win some, you lose some I guess.

Yeah his mom signed and turned in his autos on those products. Don't remember if she did it for the money or something. That's when he got into a big fight with her and was looking at being suspended for domestic violence or something. Can't remember if he actually got suspended but he did have a "bodyguard/ mentor" with him the rest of the season

I would say no. The Panini authenticity is on the back (for what it is worth) and that is what covers you in my opinion. There are many Unitas autographs signed by his wife that are listed and still go for hundreds. I'm sure there are others that are not even known.
