Panini 1/1 stamping question

Bought this taking the gamble panini might be able to take it back and throw the one of one on there for me. Has anybody experienced this before? I'm hoping with it being the only one it would make sense to them but I haven't heard back from my guy Christian over there yet. Pic of one actually stamped for reference.

Usually pretty good about it we pulled a Tom Brady Logo Shield from NT without the stamp and they got it taken care of quickly.

Totally irrelevant to your question, but I purchased a sweet Panini 1/1 the other day. I thought that the pubic hair in the picture was on the scanner or magnetic holder. But in fact, I may own the only Ricky Williams 1/1 DNA/auto.......as there is a hair underneath the sticker. Sucks, because I took it out of the panini case/seal to wipe it off.

Update - just got it back today. Created a ticket last week, sent it in and was called as soon as they got it letting me know they'd take care of it. Similar to the Prosise, kind of funny I now own 2 SB tix with different 1/1 stamps. Thanks Panini.
