Best Way to Handle? - Panini Redemptions

What is the best way to go about getting redemptions replaced if they have been outstanding since 2013? I logged into my panini account today to redeem a few cards and noticed I still have these requests that are still open and active. I honestly cannot remember if they ever sent these to me or not. Although it makes me wonder considering I finally received my Contenders Julio Jones RC auto after almost 4 years... What should I do?

Ask for replacements and you will more than likely get better cards than those, everybody seems to love to bash panini but one thing they are very good it is replacing outstanding redemptions with way better cards. Now trying to get a hold of them is the hard part. Every time I called I got put through to a voicemail and never got a call back. I emailed them everyday for a week and got a response finally just be sure to include players/teams you want them to give you instead and you will be pleasantly surprised. I have always got cards that booked for a lot higher value

Since none of those are big names and you just want replacements just send them a nice email with who/what team you collect.

That is what I did ... never talked to anyone on the phone and they hooked me up. Had the cards in hand less than 2 weeks after sending the email and every card was an upgrade.
