Block ebay member scotred-1 for PayPal chargeback

Member just initiated a chargeback on a $22.99 lot of cards from back in February 2017. No communication through eBay, just a case opened on PayPal. His CC company has already refunded him according to PayPal. I should hopefully fall under seller protection as I can provide proof that it was delivered in February to a confirmed address.

I'll be posting the name of the individual in the OP that has opened this case. Looks like he is purchasing cards, selling them off to unsuspecting buyers, and is now opening chargebacks. Or, this is another account for the person filing the chargebacks. Buyer's address was in Ohio, the new seller's address is in Ohio.

Someone I follow on IG said he did this to him and a friend too. Said they showed delivered and claims he never got them for either. Shady stuff

I'll be keeping this thread bumped up for a couple weeks. His recent feedback shows he is still buying, so hopefully this thread prevents someone from being scammed.
