Just sharing
so after calling and bugging them I was able to get my replacement on my 2 cards . I combine them and able to get this. I think I did good

How did you go about getting a replacement?
please share how you finally got them to act on your request... i have a couple of redemptions which i submitted for 3-4 years now that i've been asking them to replace for more than a year now... but no luck...
so they can now combine multiple cards in one????
I asked them last year and they refuse to combine.
OK, I have more than 150 redemption requests still open...

How did you go about getting a replacement?
I started bugging them last february calling thier hotline - able to talk to a guy ( forgot his name ) and told me that he will replace the cards base on the team and players I sent.. few weeks still no update so I went thru thier social media @paniniCSM and sent them tweets then told me they will replace and still after 3 weeks no update . So I called thier hotline and was able to grab someone (waited around 4 to 5 minutes on hold and told them that I am been on limbo .. told me that I could combine them and then after that he updated my case.
I still have also a few redemptions but still around 2 months so in 2 months if no update then I'll try this tactics again ..

Wow this is an investment if you will have them replace all I wonder what will you get.

If you have twitter message @PaniniCSM, its Panini Customer Service. Just be brief and to the point (and not because you only have 130 charachters to use) they seem to reply quick on there. Guy helped speed things up a little bit, might not be the same as everyone though.

my experience on that is they respond to me fast on tweeter but didnt update the panini redemption so I called them after 3 weeks then that is the only time they updated it and provide the shipping info and replacement.
