I don't normally make these threads but I really don't know the value of it

I noticed the seller hadn't listed anything about scratches but they are really noticeable in certain directions of light (If you look directly at it under a PEAK microscope, you won't see any scratches oddly).

What do you think this will grade if you can't see the scratches under a PEAK microscope but you can see them in a certain direction of light? This is the damage...

Should I keep it or return it?

Quantum is listed as a 2013 product on Beckett.com. As far as value and comparison to Exquisite goes I personally couldn't say because I don't deal any with collegiate cards.

Alright I'm okay with it as long as it is a 2013 product, thanks for the info. I read they waited until the draft so you can get johnny manziel base in the product so I wasn't sure if card collectors consider it a 2014 product for that reason.

Did you receive the card yet? Kinda hard to trust a seller with 0% feedback & zero sales.
I personally think its worth exactly what you paid at this moment, considering he has yet to work a complete season. But damn he sure is good when hes good. RBs are hard to price.

you can chart up some historical comparisons on this site (http://www.priceguide.cards/en#sport=football&publisher=upper-deck&printrun=1&name=veon-Bell&). :)!

Thanks for the site, I've never seen this site before. Had I known about this site, I would have never made this thread. Why does the 1/1's not come up though?

Quantum was one and done, does not come close to Exquisite. Was a complete bust of a product, and had no real ooomph behind it.

Came out well after the whole collecting community gave up on 2013 as a draft class.

It was a 2014 product but the 2013 rcs were labeled and considered rcs. I guess cause its timing was between the two years (card wise), and they are labeled rcs.

those plastic cards are rough on surface. it's hard to find one not scratched. it's a 1/1 and it's not an eye sore. that's a risk you take with anything plastic, acetate, etc

So do you think I should return it or hold onto it? I'd surely pay $150 for any leveon bell 1/1 RC Auto but the problem is, I've never seen one sell so low before

I hate college uni cards so I would have never bought it. If you're looking to flip it then return it. If you're looking to get similar value in return then keep it. It's a nice card and $150 is a good price for a 1/1 bell auto rc.
