Has beckett missed anyone elses grading deadline?

Just posting this to see if there are people out there currently that beckett has missed the grading deadline on? Mine was due the March 30th and it is April 21st yet still nothing graded. I am just curious if anyone else is having these issues and if so when was your deadline and when did you get it back.

Yeah I didn't look for other threads I did read their new rules it is just the first time I haven't had my stuff graded on time. Then I talked to someone from beckett and they told me this week they were working on 29th 30th and 31st apparently they didn't get through the 29th all the way because my stuff didn't post.

The part that pisses me off the most was that they already charged me 1239 for a job they haven't even done.

They are giving full refunds for late orders. Id rather wait a couple extra weeks and have my grading fees refunded. Exactly what I'm going through now.

They aren't on discounted ones and when talking to the guy if there was any error in filling out the submission form or if it isn't submitted exactly how they request it submitted this voids the free order guarentee

Thats a scare tactic regarding the submission form. If your credit card was charged at the beginning of the process then your form was submitted correctly.
